1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Learn Bicol ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. App License

Kanto Projects grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Download and install the App on one or more mobile devices
  • Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Learn the Bicol language and interact with the App's features

You may NOT:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer or sublicense the App to third parties
  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works based on the App

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Remove or edit content at our discretion
  • Delete inactive accounts after extended periods of non-use

4. User Content and Behavior

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in a manner that:

  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respects the rights of other users
  • Does not interfere with the App's operation

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Attempt to circumvent any app restrictions or security measures

5. App Features

5.1 Free Content

  • All features are available free of charge
  • Ad-supported content is displayed throughout the app

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

  • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kanto Projects
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved
  • Bicol language content is provided for educational purposes

6.2 Trademarks and Copyright

  • All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of their respective owners
  • App content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Data Collection

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • User data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Users can control their data through app settings

7.2 Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • Firebase (authentication and storage)
  • Google AdMob (advertising)
  • Google Sign-In

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Availability of services
  • Freedom from bugs or errors
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

8.2 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you

  • Users will be notified of significant changes
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9.2 App Updates
